A 1984 graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Rakestraw has been on the SMCHC and OCCHC Staff since January 2007.

Celeste Williams, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
As a student at Clarkson College, Omaha, Nebraska, Celeste earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 1996 and has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at SMCHC and OCCHC since 2005.

Kelly Mills

Physician Assistant

Kelly earned her masters in physician assistant studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2002.  After moving to West Plains in August 2007, she began practicing at Southern Missouri Community Health Center in November 2007.

Larry Kennon, APRN, BC

After working part time at SMCHC and OCCHC for more than a year, Larry Kennon, APRN, BC joined the staff full time in January 2008.  Larry received his BSN from Southeast Missouri State in 1976 and did his training as an advanced practice nurse in family practice at the University of Missouri in 1982.
