Medication Assistance

Sliding Fee Program
SMCHC offers a sliding fee program for patients who qualify financially based on federal poverty levels and family size. To obtain information or to see if you qualify, please talk with our financial services representatives at 417-255-8464, ext. 204.

The Show-Me Healthy Women Program
SMCHC Staff can assist women who qualify, based on income and age guidelines to receive free breast and cervical cancer screenings. Free heart health risk screenings and education services are also available.

The Wisewoman Program
Women who qualify, based on age and income may receive screenings for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease as well as assistance with development of a healthy lifestyle.
